"Göttinger" pots do not infringe

Our "Göttinger" pots do not infringe patents

As we have unfortunately been informed by our customers in the past weeks, there is insecurity in the market if our "Göttinger" pots with flow aids infringe a patent of Handelsonderneming
van Krimpen B.V. ("van Krimpen") granted in the year 2011.

We herewith assure all of our customers of the fact that we are the first mover in this specific market as we have developed and sold the "Göttinger" pots with flow aids already in the
year 1979.

Thus, we have lawfully produced and sold these pots before van Krimpen and this will also not change in the future.

If something to the contrary is mentioned to you, we kindly ask you to inform us immediately.

The intellectual property law firm of REHBERG HÜPPE + PARTNER has checked the actual and legal situation and has come to the conclusion that we have the right to continue use of the pots and that European patent EP 1 842 416 and parallel protective rights of van Krimpen valid.

If van Krimpen derives rights from these patents, they will have to face legal steps and claims for compensation, for example.

Please do not hesitate to contact our intellectual property law firm in case of any questions.

In summary, your are free to order and use the long and well established "Göttinger" pots right now and in the future.

Our "Göttinger" pots are the ORIGINAL, and that is what they will be.
